Carol graduated with a B.A. from The College, University of Chicago
in 1987 and went on to earn her juris doctor from J. Reuben Clark
Law School, Brigham Young University, Utah in 1997. Attorney Baulos
is currently with the Child Support Division of the Attorney General’s
Office. Attorney Baulos is a long time advocate for individuals
with serious mental illness. She has three daughters and two grandsons.
