Ella Cruz

Mrs. Cruz is the parent of three children. Her daughter Athena is a Social Worker in Arizona and is currently working on her Master Degree in Social Work. Her youngest daughter, Linda, has a developmental disability and receives services from Guma’ Mami. Ella has been an advocate for over forty- nine (49) years. She is one of the founders of the first parent organization, Parents Agencies Networking. She has served on the Guam Developmental Disabilities Council for over fifteen (15) years. Over the years Ella has supported Guma’ Mami and has generously volunteered her time to advocate for the supports and services for individual with disabilities in the Guam community.
