Program Coordinator
Mr. Ilesugam is currently
the Program Coordinator for Independent Group Home Program and Mary
Clare Home Program. He had served as the Program Coordinator for
all Guma’ Mami’s residential programs from February
to October 2007. Mr. Ilesugam was the Program Coordinator for Guma’
Isa Program since its inception until October 2007. Prior to his
position at Guma’ Isa, Mr. Ilesugam had served as the Acting
Program Coordinator for Guma’ Mami’s Comprehensive Case
Management Program for a period of time.
Mr. Ilesugam has been employed with Guma’ Mami
for the past seven (7) years. He first came to Guma’ Mami
as a Community Living Counselor in one of Guma’ Mami’s
residential programs. He was later transferred into Guma’
Mami’s Comprehensive Case Management Program as the Consumer/Family
Support Counselor. After a few months in the position, he became
a Case Manager, then the Acting Program Coordinator for the Comprehensive
Case Management Program, a position he held until the inception
of Guma’ Isa Program in which he was transferred to develop
and coordinate. While as the Program Coordinator for Guma’
Isa, Mr. Ilesugam has also served in other capacities as Acting
Program Coordinator for Case Management Program, Acting Program
Coordinator for other housing programs, and, for a period of time,
the Acting Executive Director. In addition, Mr. Ilesugam has worked
very well with other agencies and professional individuals to obtain
services for Guma’ Mami’s consumers.
In addition, Mr. Ilesugam has obtained his Instructor
Certification as a Certified CPI Instructor. He is also a trained
mediator with Inafa’ Maolek Organization. He also serves as
Guma’ Mami representative on the GSAT Advisory Board and GOAL-AT
Advisory Board.
