Program Coordinator

Mr. Ilesugam is the Program Coordinator for the Hinanao-ta /Independent Group Home Program. He had served as the Program Coordinator for all Guma’ Mami’s residential programs for many years.

Mr. Ilesugam has been employed with Guma’ Mami for the past nine (9) years, with a short break in 2008-2009. He first came to Guma’ Mami as a Community Living Counselor in one of Guma’ Mami’s residential programs. He was later transferred into Guma’ Mami’s Comprehensive Case Management Program as the Consumer/Family Support Counselor.

After a few months in the position, he became a Case Manager, then the Acting Program Coordinator for the Comprehensive Case Management Program, a position he held until he moved on the the Program Coordinator for residential programs. In addition, Mr. Ilesugam has worked very well with other agencies and professional individuals to obtain services for Guma’ Mami’s consumers.

Mr. Ilesugam has obtained his Instructor Certification as a Certified CPI Instructor. He is also a trained mediator with Inafa’ Maolek Organization. In addition, he serves as Guma’ Mami representative on the GSAT Advisory Board and GOAL-AT Advisory Board.
