Mr. Carson Madrangchar currently is the House Manager for Independent Group Home Program and Mary Clare Home . Prior to this, he was the Guma’ Isa since its inception. In fact, Mr. Madrangchar was very instrumental in developing and starting up the program. Mr. Madrangchar has over ten (10) years of experience in the field of disabilities and mental illnesses. His expertise includes the implementing consumer-driven support plans, quality assurance, safety Plans, evacuation plan, and consumer rights. Mr. Madrangchar is also has been identified as Guma’Mami Inc. Safety Officer who oversees the Management of Environmental Care Committee. In addition, Mr. Madrangchar also assisted in the short-term home-base service pilot project for a young man with autism and other developmental disabilities.

In his professional career, Mr. Madrangchar was also a business owner of the Tower of London: Snack Bar. He has also participated in various training to include: 1) CPR/First Aid, 2) Nonviolent Physical Crisis Intervention, 3) Self-Advocacy Training, 4) Introduction to Developmental Disabilities, 5) Health and Safety Training. 6. Critical Incident Stress Management, (CISM). 7.10 HOUR OSHA Certified. 8. Community Emergency Respond Team member, (CERT). 9. Bloodborn Pathogens Training. 10. Airborne pathogens Training. 11. Personal Protective Equipment Training, PPE. 12. Fire Extinguisher Training 13.Medications and Seizure Training. 14. Mental Illnesses and Behavior Management. 15. Children with Mental Retardation Training. Guma’ Mami Training Modules Training In addition, he is also a mentor providing education and training to the housing support staff.
