Mr. Carson Madrangchar currently is the
House Manager for Independent Group Home Program and Mary Clare
Home . Prior to this, he was the Guma’ Isa since its inception.
In fact, Mr. Madrangchar was very instrumental in developing and
starting up the program. Mr. Madrangchar has over ten (10) years
of experience in the field of disabilities and mental illnesses.

Mrs. Mendiola is the current Program Coordinator
for the Guma’ Isa Program .Prior to her current position,
Mrs. Mendiola served as the House Manager for Guma’ Isa. She
